We do not insure goods and all risk will pass onto the client once goods have been sent off. We are not responsible for any delays or damages by the courier services.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this take place, we will attempt to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. There may be an additional shipping charge in this case.
No goods will be dispatched unless full payment has been received in our account.
FREE DELIVERY
Free delivery is only applicable to orders placed via our website and are over R1000. Orders will be packed directly into courier bags and will not include our custom shipping boxes nor a free surprise gift. Also not appliable to sale items, mug orders and bulk orders.
LOCAL & NATIONAL COURIER SERVICE
Door delivery is currently being offered in selected areas in South Africa.
Local will be areas within the City of Cape Town Region eg Athlone, CBD, Bellville, Simonstown, Durbanville etc
National areas include Durban, Pretoria, Gauteng, Paarl , Somerset West etc
Deliveries take place Mon – Fri during normal working hours (9am – 5pm) Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment into our account and once dispatched it should arrive by you within 3-5 working days. A tracking number will also be issued to you.
Kindly ensure that someone trustworthy is at the shipping address to accept the parcel. Courier’s are a “door to door” delivery service and not a “hand to hand” service. They will therefore leave the parcel with anyone that is at the shipping address eg receptionist, colleague, family member etc
OUTLYING OR RURAL COURIER SERVICE
The courier company may be used to service outlying areas, however delivery companies may only deliver to certain outlying / rural areas once or twice a week. Note: a working day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday; Sunday and public holidays. If the courier cannot deliver as it might be out of their range then they will contact you to collect at their nearest collection point. Your order will therefore take up to 7 working days for delivery.
FOR COLLECTION
You may collect your order at our store in Lansdowne.
Once we receive your order, we will check stock and will advise once it is ready for collection.
Orders must be paid for prior to collection.
