We offer several delivery and collection options throughout South Africa. Shipping fees include handling, packaging and courier costs.
Delivery Options
Please check your delivery details carefully
To prevent delays or additional charges, please ensure that your address includes the correct street address, suburb, city, postal code and contact number.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders of more than R1,000 placed through our website.
Orders qualifying for free delivery will be packaged securely in courier bags and may not include our custom shipping box or complimentary surprise gift.
Free delivery does not apply to:
- Sale or promotional items
- Wholesale or bulk orders
- Selected special promotions
Free delivery applies only to eligible website orders delivered within South Africa.
Local & National Courier Delivery
Door-to-door courier delivery is available to most areas within South Africa.
Local areas generally include destinations within the greater Cape Town region, such as Athlone, Cape Town CBD, Bellville, Durbanville and surrounding suburbs.
National delivery includes main centres and destinations outside the Cape Town region.

Order Processing
In-stock orders are generally prepared within 2–3 working days after payment has been confirmed.

You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been handed to the courier.

Delivery
Delivery to main centres generally takes approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Please note: Our locally made Premium Products require approximately 7–10 working days for production before they can be dispatched.
Receiving your parcel
Courier deliveries take place from Monday to Friday during normal working hours, generally between 9:00 and 17:00.
Please ensure that someone trustworthy is available at the delivery address. Courier delivery is a door-to-door service and your parcel may be accepted by a receptionist, colleague, family member or another person present at the address.
Outlying & Rural Areas
Courier delivery is available to many outlying and rural areas. However, some areas are serviced only once or twice per week.
Delivery to an outlying or rural area may take approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch.
A working day refers to Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays.
Should the delivery address fall outside the courier’s normal service area, the courier may contact you to arrange collection from the nearest depot or collection point.
Collection Options
Collect From Our Store
You may collect your order from our store once you have received confirmation that it is ready.
In-stock collection orders are generally prepared within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Please wait for our collection notification before visiting the store.

All collection orders must be paid in full before collection.
Collect From a PUDO Locker
Select the PUDO Locker option during checkout and add the name or location of your preferred locker in the order notes.
PUDO Locker orders may take approximately 3–10 working days, depending on locker availability and your selected location.
Please ensure that the cellphone number supplied at checkout is correct, as collection notifications and access details may be sent to this number.
Overnight & Urgent Delivery
Some courier companies no longer guarantee overnight delivery to every destination.
Urgent or express delivery may be available depending on your location, the products ordered and the courier service available at the time.
Please contact us before placing an urgent order so that we can confirm stock availability, production time, courier availability and any additional delivery charges.
Important Delivery Information
No order will be dispatched until full payment has been received and confirmed.
Once a parcel has been collected from us, delivery is managed by the courier company. We will gladly assist with tracking and delivery enquiries, but delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, public holidays, incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients may be outside our control.
Parcels are not automatically insured unless this has been arranged separately.
Should a parcel be returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. An additional delivery fee may apply.
Please inspect your parcel when it arrives and notify us promptly if there is visible damage or a delivery concern.
