These providers process payment information according to their own security and privacy practices. Unique Hijabs generally receives confirmation of the payment, payment status and limited transaction information rather than your complete card details.

EFT customers may provide a proof of payment containing their name, banking details, payment reference and transaction information. This information is used only to identify and confirm the payment, maintain records and resolve payment queries.

7. Delivery and Collection

We share the information reasonably required to deliver or make your order available for collection. This may include your name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, parcel details and selected collection point.

Information may be provided to courier and collection providers such as Fastway, Aramex, The Courier Guy or PUDO, depending on the delivery method selected.

Courier and collection providers process this information for purposes such as creating delivery labels, providing tracking, contacting recipients, completing delivery and managing delivery queries.

With your consent, or where otherwise permitted, we may send marketing communications by email, WhatsApp or another selected channel.
