Why did you change your name from The Deen Store to Unique Hijabs?

The Deen Store started in November 2012 and Alhumdulillah we were able to be of service to the community for almost 10 years, however when Covid19 occurred, like many small businesses we struggled to keep afloat. Due to many restrictions and a backlog on importing we were unable to offer many products eg musallahs, Qurans, tasbeehs etc. All essential items to be true to our name “The Deen Store”. 

After much consideration, the store was closed and we decided to focus on Unique, High Quality hijabs which we are able to manufacture right here in South Africa. As we restart our small business, we ask you to keep us in your duas. May Allah grant us and everyone reading this lots of barakah and ghayr in their lives. Ameen.

How do I place my order?

If you see an item you wish to purchase, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have finished your shopping click on the “Cart” button in the right hand corner of the website to view your order. From this page you can update your shipping option and continue to Checkout. What forms of payment do you accept?

Unique Hijabs accepts payments via EFT, ATM deposits , Credit or Cheque Cards via PayFast. For more information on this topic, please view our Payment Options Page

Is it safe to buy online with Unique Hijabs?

Our website subscribes to the highest security and encryption standards, allowing our customers to shop with absolute peace of mind! And because we do not store your payment and card details your confidential information cannot be accessed by anyone who is unauthorized to do so.

Where can I collect my order

Once your order is processed, we will advise of the dates and times available to collect on weekends. Our address is 541 Lansdowne Road, Lansdowne, Cape Town (NOTE we are not open in the week)

How will my order get delivered to me?

We use Fastway Couriers, Aramex and The Courier Guy depending on your order amount and area.  For more details, please click here.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment into our account, provided that stock is available.
Local Delivery take up to 48 working hours
National Delivery to Central Areas 3-4 working days
Outlying/Rural Areas 5-7 working days
International Orders takes up to 15 working days
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders processed via the website.

How do I change/or add more products to my order?

If you have already placed an order and proceeded to checkout, just contact us via email/whatsapp and we will amend your order accordingly. 

Where are you based and What countries do you ship to?

We are based in Lansdowne Road, Cape Town, South Africa but do ship worldwide. For all international orders, kindly drop us an email (info@uniquehijabs.co.za) and we will be happy to assist.

What should I do if I would like to return a product?

If goods arrive defective upon receipt, you have up to 48 hours from date of receipt to request exchange for a new one. You must advise us via e-mail on info@uniquehijabs.co.za before returning the item/s. For detailed information, please see our Return Policy

Do you offer discounts on bulk or wholesale orders?

Unfortunately we no longer offer bulk discounts.

Are all your online products available in showroom?

Our showroom is only open on selected days. This will be communicated via our social media pages. Due to limited space, not all products / colors are available. If you would like to confirm , kindly WhatsApp message us on 0799201279
